Hiking in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies doesn't necessarily call for head to toe Northface.
I stumbled upon this British professor taking a day off from his Denver academic convention to get some "fresh air and sunshine" - wearing none other than a tweed suit, leather shoes, and a fedora. He was kind enough to take a picture of my boyfriend and I in our fleeces, and then to let me grab one of him in return.
My boyfriend declared that if we found him on the trail again we were taking him out for a beer. Alas, we weren't so lucky for a double sighting. Undoubtedly, the most sophisticated hiker I've ever seen.
