Here are her looks from today! Again... a win!

The look. P.S. My dogs are ALWAYS around me.

The tee. Took the picture in summer when I was blond and warm. T-shirt from Forever 21.

Make up by Bobbi brown. Earring by H&M.

The face.

Now don't you all see why I had a girl crush on her? It must be a special occasion, though, because she is wearing two [count 'em] earrings today. :)

She will explain it all tomorrow.

Thanx girl, again. Here it's me, Gin, again reporting from my office on Sunday, because I still don't have Internet.

It’s freezing in Tallahassee today. It’s 65 degree in the house. It’s freezing. I had to officially packed all my summer clothes away. I did not get a chance to wear some of the items. I will have to wait for next summer.  I don’t own many winter attires. Leaving in FL you end up with a wardrobe made out of little dresses and cute little sandals. It is going to be a challenge to be creative during cold times. Also my winter wardrobe is constituted by grey and black. No prints whatsoever.

I am wearing many different layers that you can’t see. White tank top by Intimissimi, t-shirt (above) from Forever21, long sleeves t-shirt by Victoria’s Secret, grey sweater from H&M, pants by Banana Republic and shoes by Flexa. Make up by Bobbi Brown. My friend, Cornelia works at Bobbi Brown and for some reasons every time I let her use my digital camera I get Bobbi Brown make-up. She is so nice. Too nice.

So, Gin's internet is DOWN. Out. No longer in service. Incommunicado. She sent me her pics from Friday and today and I am lovingly posting them for all of you to see. More info from her on them tomorrow when her 'net is back in action.

I personally love this look, but am not sure if she is holding a baby pumpkin in her hand or a huge orange? Great figure and simplistic style that is effortless and cool! Two thumbs up.

Thank you HIlary for keeping up my posts. It's a baby pumpkin.....

I had a busy good Friday. I took the pictures of my outfit, but forgot to post them because Shawn and I got a Kinect. We got carried away. It’s so much fun and very receptive to our body movements. It’s a great work out too. My favorite game is table tennis. You could hear me screaming like a real athlete. Ahhaha

I am wearing jeans from H&M, black long sweater from Motivi, an Italian company, and brown boots that are about to fall apart. The bottom has holes and nails coming out. As I was walking in the rain my feet were just wet. I need to let them go. So I have been ‘window shopping’ for boots and found that Frye boots are resistant to my feet. That’s what I need. They are very expensive though.

Those are similar enough right?

For today entry I just want to share an article that was posted on Ms. Magazine, a feminist magazine, which I enjoy very much. It’s not the stereotypical radical feminist maniac magazine. It represents today women. Any women. They often discuss pop culture icons, but this particular article/blog talked about free trade initiatives by fashion designer. I am taking the freedom to extract some quotes from the blog as well as providing the link to the blog. Enjoy!

It is fo real cold. I need a jacket.

Some dead leaves to prove it.

Regardless, I am really happy with this outfit. Bright, yet cozy, feels like a blanket wrapped around me - perfect for this Fall day. Also, great for twirling.

I look a little witchy in this picture. I accept it though. I am wearing this amazing scarf dress from Lulus.com, red leather Rocket Dog booties and a teal sweater from Urban Outfitters. Wooden bangles, rose printed earrings and turq ring.

It is Friday, yo. This is about all you will get from me tonight!

Happy Weekend!
Not much to say today. It's wet and grey and finally feels like Fall. It's actually COLD[ish] outside. I was actually underdressed today. A miracle!!

Wearing a white blouse from Lulus.com, J Brand high-waisted flared 70's jeans, woven huarache heels, feather chain necklace, yellow beaded bali necklace, and turq ring.

I love this shirt. It's so WIDE. It actually lays really well when I don't have my arms oddly protruding out from my sides. Although it looks pretty nice that way too, eh? Haha.

The shoes. Finally breaking them in so the woven bits aren't embedding themselves into my epidermis.

The weened out closet has already made me feel lighter and more inspired by what I see and what I choose to wear.

And that is all.
Today I finally talked to one of my good friends. We have been trying to talk to each other for a month but miserably failed, because every time we called each other we were busy. I decided to write her a letter and sent her a book. I used to write many letters. I find them to be personal. Technology has pushed us away from taking the time to consider our relationships. When I receive a letter from a friend I know that person took the time to think about me. Anyway, I finally talked to my friend and told her about my blog. However, I had forgotten that she was doing something similar, actually way more adventurous than this blog. She had not shopped for ONE YEAR. She told me the first thing she bought at 2:00AM was a French Connection sweater on Ebay. What would be my first item after this blog? What would be yours?

Armani eyeglasses. I love glasses. I have to wear them, so I try to buy cute ones, I have a decent collection but I need to change the lenses so I am stuck with this pair. I used to buy my eyeglasses in Italy because they were way cheaper. Not anymore, unless you find a store that is closing down.

I really enjoy today's outfit. I bought this dress from Forever21. It reminds me of Missoni and I love Missoni. It's strange because Missoni is such a unique style that you end up either love it or hate it. I found a picture of the real dress and I was surprised how similar it was. I obviously had to wear a tank top underneath because my students will be distracted by my naked chest;)
